Autologic Diagnostic's - Chassis Swap's Off road preparation, Engine Rebuilds
We run Autologic diagnostics covering all Land Rover model's 1995 - 2010, due to the complexity of many of the control systems on modern rovers it is virtually impossible without the correct up to date diagnostic equipment to get to the root of the problem correctly, most general garages test equipment can only poll an OBD code but is unable to actually reprogram the ECU or Becam - we find the unit indispensable for giving an accurate diagnosis of the exact part required, rather than fishing vaguely - this unit takes you to the heart of the problem effectively and most issues can be electronically resolved by resetting to default's - our hook up charge is the same as our hourly shop rate giving the owner a viable means of dealer level servicing at a rural rate.
We perform full chassis replacement bringing in directly from the UK new galvanized chassis, we also supply & install suspension lift kits and locking differentials, also diesel engine conversions, V8 engine rebuilds and the more typical service work, such as brake servicing, and fluid changes.
We also undertake welding and fabrication to your design. We can produce OEM style rocker panel's, off road rock slider's and winch mounts if it can fit in and out of the doors 12" wide x 20" high, we'll do it :-)
We have a certified Hydra Hoist capacity 7000lb's, Hoffman Tire Changer & Wheel Balance, and a Miller 200amp wire fed MIG welder amongst some of the professional grade equipment.
We are able to fabricate pretty much anything required either in stainless or alloys, we outsource specialist work such as cylinder head skimming and are able to offer services such as frame shortening, new cross member replacement and sand blasting and galvanization.
If you click on the link at the left toolbar you can see some of the stuff were working on, we try to keep the interesting stuff up there and will add more work weve done the last year, trying to avoid the routine things like brake jobs water pumps and engine rebuild work we do daily - we welcome drive in work by appointment.
